- Jyotish shows possibilities, not certainties. Our readings describe what the tradition associates with your chart: tendencies and favourable times. They are not guarantees, and nothing on this site promises any result.
- It is not professional advice. Nothing here replaces a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or counsellor. Please don't make health, legal, money or safety decisions on the basis of a kundli.
- Upay are tradition. Mantras, daan and vrat are shared as the texts describe them. We don't claim they cure, fix or guarantee anything.
- Jyotish Sahayak is automated. A computer program writes its answers from your kundli or report, and they can be wrong. It is not a human astrologer.
- A chart is only as exact as the birth details. A birth time that is off by a few minutes can change the lagna and the dates.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run Kundli ("we", "us"). How to reach us is on the contact page. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account or to pay. You may make a kundli for someone else, such as a child or a family member, only if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.
3. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. Every kundli and Kundli Milan match you make while signed in is saved to your account, so you can open it again. You can delete any of them, or your account and everything saved in it, at any time from the Account page.
4. What is free and what is paid
The free kundli stays free. Some full reports may be paid, and Jyotish Sahayak answers a few questions free each day, with more in paid question packs. The price, including taxes, is shown before you pay, and the same price applies to everyone. There are no hidden charges or subscriptions.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A purchase gives you personal access to that report (or Janma Patrika PDF) for the birth details you entered, in both Hindi and English, as often as you like from your account. It can't be moved to other birth details. When you tap to buy, we may offer a lower price for a limited time, shown with a timer. It is offered once for each report and person (and once for question packs), and when the timer ends the normal price applies.
Bought Jyotish Sahayak questions belong to your account, can be asked about your kundli or any report in Hindi or English, and never expire. They are used after each day's free questions, and a question that gets no answer is given back. Unused questions end when you delete your account.

7. Fair use
Please don't misuse the site. That includes automated scraping, overloading the service, trying to get into other people's accounts, and reselling our reports. We may limit or suspend accounts that do these things.
8. Our content
The texts, reports and design of the site are ours, or used with credit. The classical texts we quote are in the public domain. You may share your own report for personal use.
9. Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to calculate correctly, but the site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report or question pack concerned. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for important changes we say so on the site before they apply.
11. Law and disputes
Indian law applies, and Indian courts have jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved that way.
