Before you write
- About a payment or refund? Add the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. It starts with
pay_. - Entered the wrong birth details? Tell us which report, and the correct date, time and place. A paid report is fixed once, free; see the refund policy.
- Want your data deleted? You can do it yourself: open your account and choose "Delete my account and saved kundlis". Or ask us and we'll do it.
- Never send OTPs, passwords or card details. We will never ask for them.

We don't offer calls or chats with astrologers. If someone phones or messages you claiming to be from Kundli and asks for money for a puja or a remedy, it isn't us.
