Delivery policy
Payments are in test mode right now, so no real money moves. This policy applies once real payments begin.
- Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped to you by post.
- Instant. A paid report opens on screen, a Janma Patrika PDF downloads, and bought Jyotish Sahayak questions are added to your account, as soon as the payment succeeds.
- Yours to reopen. The report or Janma Patrika stays in your account, to open or download again in Hindi and English, for as long as you keep the account.
- If it doesn't open, or the questions aren't added, within 30 minutes of paying, write to us with your Razorpay payment ID. Our refund policy covers this.
- Where. Available across India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
